To create an educational, professional, and client-oriented fitness environment where every member has an opportunity to learn and understand how to achieve and sustain a healthier lifestyle with exercise. 

Keep It Moving!

SEfit offers an integrated hands-on style of training that teaches our client’s about their body’s movement patterns and how they are functioning and developing. Our programs help our clients “Move Freely” in their activities of daily living (ADLs). SEfit Trainers are educated students enrolled in an Exercise Science College program, not just certified or a project of their personal weight loss or fitness journey.

Fitness Membership

Our fitness memberships offer a semi-private, professional, and educated environment for your fitness routine. Our educated professionals are here to make you feel right at home with your fitness as we offer you guidance, support, and encouragement on your fitness journey.

Individual Personal Training

60 minute functional strength training session. SEfit's individual training is a hands-on style training.

Group Personal Training

Pick your favorite workout partner and prepare for 60 minutes of fun, sweat, and friendly challenges.

Community Involvement (CVBA)

Melissa loves giving back to her community and helping to make a difference in our community’s people. She is an active member of the Cumberland Valley Business Alliance as well as the Chambersburg Rotary Club to give back to the community through ‘Service Above Self.’  Melissa also volunteers for and sponsors the Race Against Poverty 5k. Melissa is very actively involved with Greene Township’s Healthy Kids Running Series as a Bib Sponsor and volunteer.
