Wellness Within Training Program
Private functional fitness training for individuals or groups in their home, office, outside, park, or location of choice.
We'll discuss your health and fitness history along with your goals. Your first session will include a Body Composition Analysis and some basic Fitness Testing.
Designed around Functional Training Exercises to fit your level of Fitness and work towards your goals; therefore, this may include Trigger Point Therapy, Foam Rolling, Dynamic Stretching, a Variety of Functional Exercises with every workout, Static Stretching, or Active Stretching.
Pricing is based on how many sessions you choose to do per month (3, 5, 7, or 11) and distance traveled up to 25 miles. Couple, 3-person, and small groups of 4-8 is also offered so spend some fun team building time with family, friends, or co-workers exercising.
