A 60-minute Functional Strength Training Session. SEfit’s Individual Training is a Hands-On Style training. Our trainers utilize palpation, guide points, and other apparatus’ to guide you through proper biomechanics and techniques of exercise. Our priority is proper form. Other techniques that may be included in your training to ensure proper movement are myofascial techniques, foam rolling, percussive therapy, dynamic stretches, etc.

2-Person Training includes two people. Pick your favorite workout partner and prepare for 60 minutes of fun, sweat, and friendly challenges. SEfit’s Trainers keep both of you moving the entire hour. Programs are Functional Strength Training based and can include Strength Training, Functional Training, Agility, Speed, Dynamic Stretching, Myofascial Release Techniques, Etc. Our Trainers ensure that each person has proper form and technique.

Exercise Programs

SEfit's educated trainers will write you an exercise program to assist you in reaching your fitness goals. Each program will be designed to your individual fitness level. Programs are typed on a workout chart for your tracking convenience and are easy to follow. Eight-week and four-week programs are available.

Nutritional Counseling

SEfit professionals teach you about sports nutrition, macronutrients, and how to create a healthy lifestyle of balanced nutritional eating in order to reach your weight loss goals, body composition goals, sports performance goals, or how to maintain a healthy weight for your overall health. Metabolic formulas are used to calculate appropriate caloric intake values along with MyFitnessPal for tracking and awareness of food.

Myofascial Techniques

Myofascial release has many known modalities for helping our bodies heal from exercise and life's daily demands. SEfit offers hands-on stretching, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (pnf), trigger point, foam rolling, and percussive therapy in order to help your body stay healthy, recover from soreness, and move freely.
